Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share.
  • Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control.
  • Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
  • Provide guidance in making investment strategies and decisions.
  • Develop financial project and debt structuring on infrastructure funds.
  • Prepare reports and projections.
  • Participate and coordinate with bankers and/or stakeholders during fundraising.
  • Support management regarding financial concerns.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in finance is a preferred field (Professional credentials such as CFA is an advantage).
  • Experience as an analyst in the financial service industry or similar organization, which might include experience in M&A, leveraged finance, and private equity.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (using formula), and PowerPoint.
  • High energy level, think strategically, and enjoy working with numbers and solving problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confident, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
  • Investment banking experience is a plus.
  • Can work independently.
  • New graduates are welcome.
