Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share.
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
- Provide guidance in making investment strategies and decisions.
- Develop financial project and debt structuring on infrastructure funds.
- Prepare reports and projections.
- Participate and coordinate with bankers and/or stakeholders during fundraising.
- Support management regarding financial concerns.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in finance is a preferred field (Professional credentials such as CFA is an advantage).
- Experience as an analyst in the financial service industry or similar organization, which might include experience in M&A, leveraged finance, and private equity.
- Proficient in MS Excel (using formula), and PowerPoint.
- High energy level, think strategically, and enjoy working with numbers and solving problems.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confident, organized, and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
- Investment banking experience is a plus.
- Can work independently.
