Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will apply your professional skills to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. To succeed in this field, you need to be extremely commercially aware, customer-obsessed, target driven, proactive, and be able to adapt quickly.


  • Perform and proceed of creating revenue for company
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new customers
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with customers and address their needs effectively
  • Research and identify new business leads for the growth of the business
  • Keep prospective customers and partners database updated
  • Recommends products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships
  • Assist for planning and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
  • Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate business development ideas
  • Evaluate the current performance of business and find ways to increase its full potential

Required qualifications:

  • Thai, 25 to 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (Engineering and/or Finance background is an advantage)
  • Ability to develop good relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Experience in project management and/or sales
  • High attention to detail and focus on fact-based decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Deal making, pitching, and sales mindset with ability to think creatively and adapt to change
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to generate sales results and building strong commercial deals to the company
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven and demanding start-up workplace
