Mechatronics Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test physical components and systems for the projects
  • Lead and direct the design, analysis, select, and testing of mechanical hardware components
  • Operate and define a solution for additive manufacturing techniques
  • Combines electronic, mechanical, computer and control skills at the workplace
  • Understands and analyzes the technical specifications of mechatronic systems, subsystems, modules and components
  • Demonstrate product safety, integrity, and quality through testing
  • Perform other duties and/or support other projects as assigned or required

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing
  • Experience in 3D design (computer-aided design, or “CAD”)
  • Experience working in 3D printing is an advantage
  • Be able to assemble mechanical hardware components, and welding
  • Excellent communication skills
