Human Resource Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

          • Building strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs and priorities of the organization.
          • Overall recruitment function, Manage manpower align with the organization.
          • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
          • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
          • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
          • Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
          • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process include contract & report.
          • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
          • Manage start to end process for employee such as probation, resignation and employee issue.
          • Providing guidance and support to managers on issues such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development..
          • Managing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work culture.
          • Control HRBP function align on ISO and other standards.
          • HR and Admin tasks as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS

          • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
          • Ability to communicate & present effectively, both orally and in writing.
          • Excellent organizational, time management skills, result oriented, problem-solving skills.
          • Proficient in Google workspace or other tools in advanced.
          • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
          • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
          • Good communicate in English.
