MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs and priorities of the organization.
- Overall recruitment function, Manage manpower align with the organization.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process include contract & report.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Manage start to end process for employee such as probation, resignation and employee issue.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on issues such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development..
- Managing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work culture.
- Control HRBP function align on ISO and other standards.
- HR and Admin tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to communicate & present effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, result oriented, problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google workspace or other tools in advanced.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Good communicate in English.
