JOB SUMMARY
The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and maintaining a positive employee experience within the organization. The HR Officer will collaborate with the HR Manager and other team members to implement all HR tasks and initiatives effectively.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.

- HR Data and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required, such as turnover rates, headcount, and training completion.

- Compensation and Benefits:

- Assists manage monthly payroll & submit documentation.
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.

- Visa & Work Permit:
-
- Register and extend visa & work permit or BOI for expat employees.

- Employee Relations:
-
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive work relationships.
- Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints or disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

- HR Policies and Procedures:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Training and Development:

- Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

- HR & Admin Projects:

- Contribute to HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and other HR system implementations (If have) or another admin task.
- Assist in researching and recommending best practices in HR management.

- Support ISO process and other quality policy in the future

- Support Other Team Project.
- Other assignment as required.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Previous experience in HR or related roles is preferred.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good Command in English
