HR Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and maintaining a positive employee experience within the organization. The HR Officer will collaborate with the HR Manager and other team members to implement all HR tasks and initiatives effectively.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and interviews.
      • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
  • HR Data and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
      • Generate HR reports and analytics as required, such as turnover rates, headcount, and training completion.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
      • Assists manage monthly payroll & submit documentation.
      • Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Visa & Work Permit:
      • Register and extend visa & work permit or BOI for expat employees.
  • Employee Relations:
      • Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive work relationships.
      • Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints or disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
      • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Training and Development:
      • Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
      • Maintain training records and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR & Admin Projects:
      • Contribute to HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and other HR system implementations (If have) or another admin task.
      • Assist in researching and recommending best practices in HR management.
  • ISO:
      • Support ISO process and other quality policy in the future
  • Support Other Team Project.
  • Other assignment as required.
 
 

 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

          • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.

          • Previous experience in HR or related roles is preferred.

          • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

          • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

          • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

          • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

          • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

          • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

          • Good Command in English

          • Positive mindset, self-learner, Meticulous, On-Time

          • Can work outside office sometime (such as go to factory, government agency or other)
