MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support day-to-day operations of HR tasks, and do payroll.
- Handle employee benefit administration, such as social security, medical insurance, etc..
- All company admin tasks
- Issue PV and PR of company’s expenses such as rental, water supply, electricity, phone bill, internet, etc.
- Perform general office management, inventory, ordering stationery and data entry of company stuff such as posts, packages, couriers, and fixed assets.
- Organize travel, visa, accommodation and manage agenda for executive, key member, and other employee for business trip.
- Prepare work permit and VISA applications for foreign employee.
- Provide effective onboarding process, employee orientation, staff handbook, and communicate clearly on visions and missions, company expectation, policy, and procedure.
- Work with HR team for developing and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Perform all aspects of organizational flow, employee morale, and employee engagement activities.
- Be a point of contact person and coordinate activities throughout the company
- ISO, PDPA, HRD (a bit)
- Support HR manager tasks
- Other Assignments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have experience in HR positions
- Familiar with HRM System & Experience to do payroll & knowledge about submit document to government
- Good command in English and computer literacy
- Can work outside office to contact other agency
- Meticulous, Energetic , Good mindset , Flexible, Responsible, On time
- If have experience in recruitment , HRD, ISO, PDPA , presentation skill will be consideration
- If have urgent case can work beyond working hours
