Finance Analysts (Investor Relations)

JOB DESCRIPTION

          • Drives capital raising and works with the investment deal terms and various functional areas
          • Participate and coordinate with bankers and/or stakeholders during fundraising
          • Build strong relations with investors, shareholders, and financial institutes/advisors
          • Create financial analyses (build financial models, valuation analyses, merger modeling, structuring, financial solutions, and capital structure analysis for corporate debt and private equity, etc.)
          • Provide guidance in making investment strategies and decisions, and support management regarding financial concerns
          • Develop financial projects and debt structuring on infrastructure funds
          • Other ad-hoc assignments
 
REQUIREMENTS
          • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance is a preferred field (Professional credentials such as CFA is an advantage)
          • Experience as an analyst in the financial service industry or similar organization, which might include experience in M&A, leveraged finance, and private equity
          • Proficient in MS Excel (using formulas) and PowerPoint
          • High energy level, think strategically, and enjoy working with numbers and solving problems
          • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; confident, organized, and detail-oriented
          • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English
          • High network connections will be an advantage
