Corporate and Litigation Lawyer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

          • Lawyer license needed
          • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and present the case to the court.
          • Handle all corporate legal proceedings (including structuring, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, financial/securities offerings, business transactions, MOUs, NDAs and other legal documents)
          • Performed secretarial and administrative works, i.e., drafted notices of the EGM and AGM of the shareholders and company meeting minutes.
          • Submit applications, structure, and manage BOI projects with the Board of Investment of Thailand.
            Coordinate and negotiate with the government, agencies, private individuals, and organizations.
          • Analyze, prepare, and register the requested licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate a business.
          • Conduct legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
          • Provide legal advice, opinions, and support teams regarding any legal concerns.
          • Experiences in intellectual property would be advantaged.
          • Other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
 

Required qualifications:

          • Bachelor of Laws or higher degree in Laws, attorney at law with a lawyer license (essential)
          • 1-2 years of experiences in an international law firm or multinational company (involvement in the Space or – Telecommunication industry is an advantage)
          • Proven a strong background in corporate and litigation matters
          • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English

          • Performance driven with a strong sense of ownership, work ethic, professional integrity, and personal judgment
          • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
          • Detail-oriented 
          • Able to work independently in a fast paced, autonomously driven and demanding start-up workplace
          • Willing to work extended hours on need basis to meet deadlines
